Short-Term Stay Programme (at Liberal Sunshine)
- Description:
Short-term stay rooms are located in Liberal Sunshine, our skilled nursing home. Here, the client can receive services including assistance in bathing, eating and toilet use. The client can also take part in our rehabilitation programmes.
We do not discriminate short-term stay clients from long-term residents. We make care plans for clients who use our services for over three days, or for ones who frequently use our services. - Clients:
The client should be recognized at least Level 1 on Care Requirement (yo-kaigo) scale by the Long Term Care Insurance System (kaigo hoken)
The client should be recognized to be Level 1 or 2 on Care Requirement (yo-kaigo) scale if he/she is willing to take part in the nursing care prevention programme.
The client can use our short-term stay programme when he/she is recovering from an injury or a medical condition, when he/she is willing to improve his/her lifestyle, or when the client's family cannot care for him/her for various reasons.

Lights off - Features:
The short-term client is placed in one of the four units (family-like groups) along with the long-term residents of Liberal Sunshine and will spend time within a family-like environment. - To Apply:

- Tokubetsu Yogo (skilled nursing) Seniors' Home
- A nursing home that provides various cares and services to seniors who are recognized as "yo-kaigo (requiring long-term care)" by the Kaigo (Long-Term Care) Insurance System
- Group Home
- A home where a small number of seniors (usually with dementia) live to attain independence with some assistance from staff
- Day Service
- A service where the client can enjoy meeting other local seniors, and enjoy leisurely and nursing care preventitive activities. Lunch and bathing included
- Care Management
- Government-approved care managers examine the client and make a best plan for his/her nursing care needs and use of services
- Home Visits by Helpers
- Helpers would visit the client at home to help with household activities such as cleaning, laundry and cooking
- Welfare Services for the Challenged
- We also work with the challenged as well as seniors
