  Standing on top of a hill on the island's southern shore, Seaside Sunshine, the keihi seniors' home, oversees a panoramic view of Seto Inland Sea.
• Description:
  As a keihi (moderate fee) seniors' home, we aim to assist seniors who cannot live at their own homes for various reasons at lowest fees possible. We aim to improve the quality of life of the seniors, by encouraging nursing care prevention and health and fitness.
• Clients:
  The client must be above the age 60, unless he/she has a spouse who satisfies the age criterion and is willing to enter our home as a couple.
  The client must be ambulatory. If he/she requires a wheelchair or a full-time care, keihi seniors' home like Seaside Sunshine is not a facility that meets your need. However, the client can enjoy in-house services from "Helpers" as required. *Refer to "Home Visits by Helpers"
• Services:
  We consult the client's physical and psychological issues, and introduce him/her to local professionals.
  We have about ten club activities including karaoke, calligraphy and tea ceremony.
  We also have various events such as monthly birthday parties, shopping trips and cherry-blossom viewing.
  We drive our residents to hospitals around the island as required.
• Features:
  Our facility is homely.
  All rooms are single and meals are inclusive in the fee.
• To Apply:
  We send brochures for people who are interested.
  After an interview, if the applicant qualifies we will give him/her an application form.

• A home where a small number of seniors (usually with dementia) live to attain independence with some assistance from staff
