We work with clients who are affected by dementia whose Care Requirement (yo-kaigo) and Assistance Requirement (yo-shien) levels vary from Level 2 on Assistance Requirement (yo-shien) to the highest on Care Requirement (yo-kaigo). - Clients:
The client must be a resident of Tonosho-town.
The client must be recognized to be Assistance Requirement Level 2 to Care Requirement Level 5.
The client must be ambulatory and be able to function in a group life.
We have a maximum capacity of 18. - Services and Characteristics:
The client makes meal plans along with other residents, goes for grocery shopping, and cooks with staff members.
The client brings his/her own bowls, plates, mugs and chopsticks from his/her home.
We have seasonal food preservation activities (pickling and drying fruits and vegitables).
Bathing plans are adjusted to the client's preference and lifestyle.
The client can choose his or her own barber.
We assist laundry and cleaning.
We plant seasonal vegitables and harvest them with clients - Features:
The client can enjoy living in a homely environment in a small community which consists of other residents and staff members.
We place importance on respecting our client's personality and nature.
We also put emphasis on protecting the client's lifestyle and daily routine. This is reflected in our activities like cooperative cooking plans.

- A senior residence that provides minimal assistance to ambulatory and independent seniors at low costs
- Tokubetsu Yogo (skilled nursing) Seniors' Home
- A nursing home that provides various cares and services to seniors who are recognized as "yo-kaigo (requiring long-term care)" by the Kaigo (Long-Term Care) Insurance System
- Group Home
- A home where a small number of seniors (usually with dementia) live to attain independence with some assistance from staff
- Day Service
- A service where the client can enjoy meeting other local seniors, and enjoy leisurely and nursing care preventitive activities. Lunch and bathing included
- Care Management
- Government-approved care managers examine the client and make a best plan for his/her nursing care needs and use of services
- Home Visits by Helpers
- Helpers would visit the client at home to help with household activities such as cleaning, laundry and cooking
